SMRITI SHAH LEARNING ACADEMY · POLICY DRAFT

Terms & Conditions

Prepared 9 September 2026 · Effective date pending approval

For review only. Not a published policy. Sections marked for confirmation require an academy decision before release.

Scope and contact

These terms govern use of Smriti Shah Learning Academy’s courses and learning platform. Read them alongside the Privacy Policy, Cancellation & Refund Policy, and the information shown for your course. Questions can be sent to shikshaagurruedtech@gmail.com. The platform is operated by Shikshaa Gurru Edtech, 57, 2nd Floor, Old Rajendra Nagar, Delhi 110060.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to enrol. Enrolment by students under 18 is not permitted.

One student, one account

Each student account is for the enrolled student’s personal use. Do not share login credentials or let another person access the course through your account. Keep your registered contact details accurate and notify the academy if you suspect unauthorised access.

Course access

Your enrolment identifies the course, included services and access period. Content availability, scheduled sessions, viewing limits and download options may differ by course and will be shown in the platform or course information. A protected recording does not imply permission to download or redistribute it.

Where an agreed instalment plan applies, access can be affected by overdue payments under that plan. Contact support if a payment has been made but access has not updated.

Learning materials and permitted use

Recordings, PDFs, test papers, model answers and other academy materials are supplied for your own learning. You must not share, sell, publicly upload or distribute them, or give others access through your account, unless the academy has expressly permitted that use. Do not remove watermarks or attempt to bypass access protections. Any statutory rights or lawful exceptions remain unaffected.

Student submissions and correction

Upload work for the correct course and test. You may replace a wrong PDF once per test before the first evaluated-copy upload. Assignment to an evaluator alone does not close this option.

Once an evaluated copy has been uploaded, student deletion and replacement remain closed even if the status later changes. Released copies are permanently locked against student deletion or replacement.

A correction keeps the prior file for recovery/audit and starts a new submission and evaluation cycle. The existing PDF stays active until the corrected file is successfully saved. For other issues, use Support & Complaints.

Participation and support

Use class chat, support and mentorship respectfully. Do not impersonate others, post abusive material or disrupt other learners. Submit only material you have the right to provide.

Session-specific booking, cancellation and attendance rules shown in the LMS apply to mentorship bookings; cancelling a mentorship slot is separate from cancelling a course enrolment. Contact shikshaagurruedtech@gmail.com for account or course support.

Fees and refunds

Review the course price and any instalment schedule before paying. Refund eligibility, the request window, administrative deduction and processing period are described in the Cancellation & Refund Policy. No provision in these terms limits rights that cannot lawfully be excluded.

Items to settle before publication

The academy should confirm: the response and appeal process for account-sharing or conduct violations; course rescheduling obligations; and how terms updates are communicated. These points are not silently imposed by this draft.
